First, maintenance and maintenance of rolls. Rollers need to be added with anti-rust oil every ten days or so. When the equipment is planned to not be used for a long time, the rollers should also be coated with anti-rust oil.
Second, the maintenance and maintenance of the cutter mold. Cutting tool mold, where friction occurs, lubricating oil is added every half an hour during the production process to avoid accelerated cutting tool wear. In addition, when it is seen that the incision burr is too large, it is because the knife edge is not sharp enough, and it should be handled in time, otherwise, the blade or abrasive tool may be damaged when it is too serious.
Third, the maintenance and maintenance of punching dies. The maintenance of the punching mold is the same as that of the cutter mold. When the mold is not sharp enough, the mold needs to be ground flat to make it sharper.
